Busy bee

Wooo. Deep breaths. Ok. 

Wow, so I haven't really stopped for 2.5 months. I went to Peru for a month which was bloomin' awesome. Met a jeweller living in a shanty town outside of Lima called Nora, who was not only really interesting and obviously brimming with creativity but was also the most organised person I've ever met. She totally put me to shame - especially considering she does all her work from a dark corner of her lounge. It inspired me so since I got back I've been keeping notebooks of everything I do, times things takes, costs etc. 

And so the making has started again. I'm churning out a lot of silver rings at the moment for a gallery in Brighton but to break the monotony of making the same stuff over and over I've also made some tribal, ethnicy blade earrings...
